"Machines always work great"
I go to Tommy’s Express often, and the machines have always worked like they should. I’ve never had the wash stop halfway through or had anything weird happen, and the vacuums usually work well too. I don’t really like having to deal with customer service anywhere because it feels like a hassle most of the time, so I appreciate that I can just get in, get my car washed, and leave without needing help.

"Membership’s been worth it"
Signed up for the Tommy’s Express membership a few months back, and yeah, it’s been worth it. I use it way more than expected, after work, after dusty drives, whenever the car looks rough.
The app scans fast, no payment hassle each time, and the wash does the job. Staff at my local spot are chill too. For the monthly price, I’m happy.

"Good dryer for the price"
Overall, it does a good job, especially for what I paid. Every now and then I notice a few damp spots, so it’s not perfect, but for the price I’m happy with it.

"Why can’t every place have staff like this?"
It kind of makes me mad that other places act like basic kindness is too much to ask. Every time I come here, the staff are genuinely friendly and nice, like it’s not that hard. So yeah, I blame them for setting the bar way too high.

"Quick stop and super easy"
Ran by Tommy’s Express during lunch and it was quick. I didn’t really have to sit around waiting, which was nice, and everything was simple enough. Car came out looking good too. Worked out well since I didn’t have much time that day.

I’ve gone here a few times now, and I’ve never had to wait long. Even if there are a few cars ahead of you, the line moves like it should. Pretty much what you’d hope for when you’re just trying to make a quick stop after work...

"I’ve been to Tommy’s Express a few times..."
I’ve been to Tommy’s Express a few times now, and overall I’ve had a good experience. My car usually comes out looking shiny, and the rinse seems to get most of the soap off. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because last time I noticed a couple spots near the back bumper that didn’t quite get cleaned. Maybe I’m just being a little picky, but I did notice them. Still, it’s better than most quick car washes near me.

"Vacuums worked great"
I stopped by Tommy’s Express mostly just to clean out my car, and the vacuums were way better than I expected. The suction was strong and picked up dirt, crumbs, and even dog hair without me having to keep going over the same spots. The hoses were easy to handle too, which was nice. Has anyone else noticed how hit or miss vacuums can be at other car washes? This place was definitely a good experience for me. 5 stars

"Heads up: they handled the scratch, but keep an eye out"
Just a heads up for anyone using this wash, I ended up with a small scratch after going through and was worried it was going to turn into a whole hassle. The manager did come out, looked it over, took pictures, and followed up quickly. It took a few days to fully get sorted, but they handled it fairly in the end. It wasn’t a perfect experience, so I’d definitely suggest checking your car before and after, but I do appreciate that they didn’t just brush me off.

"Pretty clean spot, honestly"
Stopped by and the place was actually clean overall. The vacuums looked taken care of, and the trash cans weren’t overflowing like some nasty disaster, which I definitely notice. Only knocking it down to 4 stars because the floor near one of the bays was a bit messy, probably thanks to some slob, but it wasn’t a huge deal

I had a good experience with customer service. I was having an issue with my wash pass, and the guy helping me took care of it without making it feel like a hassle. I did have to wait a few minutes, but it wasn’t bad, and I left feeling happy with how everything was handled
